Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 2 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
  • Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational supply chain, or manufacturing risks.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of project management experience launching new hardware products for complex electronics.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 2 years of data center operations experience.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and data visualization.
  • Effective communicator of project requirements and schedules.

In this role, you will be a Subject Matter Expert for large cross-functional initiatives. You will focus on operational excellence, time to market, end-to-end lifecycle management, and supply chain resiliency.
Our Platforms Infrastructure Engineering team designs and builds the hardware and software technologies that power all of Google's services. Our computational challenges are complex and unique, enabled by cutting-edge custom hardware designed and made in-house. Our Mechanical Product Design Engineering Team members work cross-functionally to design, build, and deploy the latest technology to support the needs of compute, storage, networking, and machine learning hardware.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, define, and lead top-level Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in an ambiguous setting across Infrastructure Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams.
  • Identify and deliver on opportunities to develop new, integrate, or modify existing processes and tools to improve product availability, as well as supply chain scale, efficiency, reliability, and velocity.
  • Monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations. Work closely with partner teams to manage program changes.
  • Provide guidance and disruptive leadership across Infrastructure Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations.
  • Use AI to automate end-to-end processes, streamline coordination, accelerate program execution, and improve decision velocity and operational efficiency.
