Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing program timelines, running operating rhythms (standups, reviews, retrospectives), identifying and mitigating risks, and reporting on program health. You'll own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from kickoff through launch, ensuring clear ownership at every stage. Additionally, you'll develop communication plans, create process documentation, and establish mechanisms for measuring program outcomes and operational efficiency.
