Full Job Description
The Program Manager drives short-term and long-term strategic transformation by orchestrating multiple, interconnected Platform value enablement tracks. This leader ensures cross-functional alignment, manages high-level resource allocation, and neutralizes systemic risks to achieve critical business outcomes. They will be facilitating, prioritizing, and aligning value and operational workflows with business goals, managing dependencies across teams to ensure reliable, high-performing platform business outcome delivery.

Your role:

  • Knowledge Proficiency: In-depth understanding of the Xvantage Platform, the end to end feature lifecycle stages, and Ingram Micro's core businesses.
  • Initiative Coordination: Governs dependencies across separate operational workstreams to ensure synchronized delivery.
  • Strategic Alignment: Translates long-term Platform vision into structured, executable, and consumable views.
  • Resource Optimization: Operational workflows, efficiency, quality, execution, and optimization of Platform Enablement workgroup
  • Stakeholder Management: Serves as the primary bridge between executive leadership, cross-functional Global Platform Group teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Risk Mitigation: Predicts, identifies, manages risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Performance Governance: Defines key performance indicators to measure and report on goals and outcomes.
  • Process Optimization: Work with various functional groups within the organization to understand current processes, new processes in development, and methodologies to work towards implementing efficiencies.
  • Operational Standardization: Works to identify opportunity to deploy unified procedural frameworks to eliminate redundancies and streamline cross-functional workflows.
  • Proficiency in computer applications: The role requires expertise in general computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Additionally, the ability to learn and adapt to additional applications as necessary is crucial: Jira, Confluence, Power Apps, etc.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Ability to consult, influence, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive program alignment and execution.
  • Communication skills: Communicate with executive-level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner. Practice discretion and understand the appropriateness of communication and behavior.
  • Presentation skills: Proficient in delivering presentations that effectively convey information and contribute to the overall outcome strategy.
  • Project management: The role involves managing multiple projects simultaneously, requiring effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving: Display the ability to identify and solve problems to ensure smooth execution.
  • Attention to detail: Possess a strong diligence in ensuring accuracy and precision of activities.
  • Independence and teamwork: The role requires the ability to work independently and as a team member, fostering a collaborative work environment.


What you bring to the role:

  • General proficiency with various tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.
  • 5 + years of functional experience with a minimum of 4 years position specific experience
  • Preferred: Completed project or program management certification including Certified Project Manager (IAPM), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) , Project Management Professional (PMP) , Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other equivalents.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $88,700.00 - $150,800.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
