As a Program Manager, you will be doing, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Develop and support strategic plans and initiatives for OE, develop and track office metrics in support of the overall Manufacturing and BEP strategic goals to ensure alignment between OE goals and the overarching BEP strategic plan.
- Monitor OE performance outcomes and develop strategies for maintaining appropriate performance levels in support of BEP's mission.
- Manage and implement new technologies, processes, and/or improvements for OE.
- Perform program/project management, strategic planning, workforce planning, budget formulation and justification, financial analysis, analytics, and reporting.
- Supervise assigned staff, provide guidance, ensure program tasks are executed and completed on time, and assign work to subordinates based on priorities, requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.

- Undergo a tax compliance review.

- File a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of appointment and annually from then on.
- May be required to undergo an income tax verification.
- Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment.
- Weekend work and overtime, if applicable, will be scheduled when needed based on production requirements as determined by Management.
