The OpportunityWe're hiring an individual contributor to join the Product Delivery Operations (PDO) team to lead complex offer-delivery and route-to-market (RTM) programs across Adobe's partner ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, program management, and offer delivery. It is designed for someone who can independently run high-visibility launches, shape scalable delivery models, and confidently engage with AUP and platform teams to ensure programs are technically and operationally sound.
You will not own engineering roadmaps, but you will play a critical role in validating delivery approaches, guiding technical discussions from the offer-delivery perspective, and ensuring end-to-end readiness for partner launches.
This is a high-impact IC role requiring strong ownership, systems thinking, and cross-functional leadership.
What You'll DoEnd to end program ownership
- Lead delivery for complex partner offers and RTM programs from intake through launch and post-launch monitoring.
- Independently manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and collaborator alignment.
- Ensure operational and technical readiness for launches through structured planning and validation.
- Act as the point of contact for delivery blockers, risks, and launch issues that arise as critical issues.
Technical Collaboration & Guidance
- Partner closely with AUP and platform teams on delivery design and implementation.
- Provide informed guidance on delivery architecture, integrations, and fulfillment models.
- Translate business and partner requirements into clear operational and technical needs.
- Operationalize and implement offer onboarding using Adobe platforms.
- Identify system dependencies, risks, and edge cases early in planning.
- Support testing strategy, validation, and issue resolution across systems.
Delivery Model & Workflow Design
- Help design scalable workflows and governance models for offer delivery.
- Standardize intake, readiness, and launch processes across programs.
- Recommend improvements to tooling, automation, and delivery methods.
- Document runbooks, SOPs, and delivery patterns for reuse.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work across Business Development, Product, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and regional teams.
- Influence decisions on delivery approach, timelines, and feasibility.
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure launches stay on track.
- Provide structured updates to leadership on program health and risks.
Operational Analytics
- Monitor fulfillment health, delivery metrics, and launch performance.
- Build dashboards and reporting to improve visibility and planning.
- Use data to identify recurring issues and drive improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in program management, delivery operations, technical operations, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex cross-functional programs.
- Experience working with engineering or platform teams on system-dependent launches.
- Strong technical proficiency - able to engage in system and integration discussions.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Experience with JIRA, SAP, Confluence, Excel/Sheets, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Computers, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, subscriptions, or digital fulfillment ecosystems.
- Background in partner operations or offer delivery.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or platform-based delivery.
- Experience designing operational workflows or scaling delivery programs.
- Experience supporting high-visibility launches with executive collaborators.

Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $86,200 -- $162,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $112,400 - $162,800
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
