About the Job

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead automotive tooling and manufacturing programs from launch through production. This role manages cross-functional automotive projects including tooling, engineering coordination, supplier management, and customer delivery.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead automotive program launches from PO to production.
  • Coordinate tooling, engineering, and manufacturing timelines.
  • Run program kick-off and design review meetings.
  • Manage project budgets, timing, and deliverables.
  • Oversee tooling design and supplier execution.
  • Support customer communication and technical updates.
  • Ensure programs meet quality and launch requirements.
