Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually.
Responsibilities:- Lead automotive program launches from PO to production.
- Coordinate tooling, engineering, and manufacturing timelines.
- Run program kick-off and design review meetings.
- Manage project budgets, timing, and deliverables.
- Oversee tooling design and supplier execution.
- Support customer communication and technical updates.
- Ensure programs meet quality and launch requirements.
- Track progress and resolve program risks/issues.
Requirements:- 5+ years program/project management in automotive manufacturing.
- Experience with stamping, tooling, or fabrication environments.
- Understanding of CAD (SolidWorks or NX).
- GD&T knowledge required.
- Strong customer and supplier communication skills.
