Your role Key responsibilities in your new role • Shape and drive thebusiness strategy, portfolio roadmap, and market positioning for the IBC modulebusiness, leveraging deep analysis of customer needs, markettrends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. • Define valuepropositions, portfolio strategies, and go-to-market plans for new product introductions, ensuring clear differentiation andcommercial success. • Lead strategiccustomer engagements and support key design-win opportunities, acting as a trusted business partner to both customers and internalstakeholders. • Own businessplanning activities, including business casedevelopment, long-term growth strategies, revenue planning, pricing strategyand profitability management • Lead forecasting andcommercial performance management, consolidatingcustomer insights, design-win status, market intelligence, and opportunitypipelines to develop accurate revenue outlooks. • Own CRM opportunitymanagement and executive business reporting, ensuring accurate tracking of commercial opportunities, portfolioperformance and key business metrics. • Act as the primaryinterface between customers, sales, operations, R&D, technical marketing,and management, driving cross-functional alignment and executionagainst business objectives. • Coach, mentor, anddevelop junior team members, establishing bestpractices and fostering a culture of customer focus, accountability,collaboration, and strategic business ownership.   • 8+ years of experience insemiconductor product marketing, product management, business development,applications engineering, or a related strategic role.
  • Proven track record ofdefining product strategies, influencing technology roadmaps, building businesscases, and delivering profitable growth.
  • Solid understanding of DC/DC datacenter power distribution includingIBC and VR modules, protection andcontrol circuits.
  • Experience engaging directlywith strategic customers and translating market needs into product and businessstrategies.
  • Demonstrated ability toinfluence cross-functional organizations and drive alignment without directauthority.
  • Excellent communication,stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical andcommercial mindset with the ability to combine technical depth and businessacumen.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven,and comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
