Full Job Description
Intuit Builder. Owns end-to-end execution of Intuit Builder's FY27 path to GA - driving the workback plan across Alpha development tracks, the QB Connect launch, the 1k10k beta, and the initial GA ramp, and holding each stage to its exit criteria (CSAT, Builder Quality Score, build success rate, time-to-value, retention) so go/no-go calls are made on evidence. The program is dependency-heavy: two pods carry the core roadmap while parallel partner tracks run with QuickBooks Advanced, BI Small Business, and Intuit Intelligence, each requiring joint scope defined and tracked with teams outside Builder. Runs the operating mechanisms keeping the stakeholders converged - pricing and packaging, product marketing, support, PD, and LCPO sign-off ahead of launch - and owns timeline, dependency, and RAID management.

CK Dev Ecosystem. Drives the Dev Ecosystem workstream of the CK infrastructure integration program: roughly 69 applications covering the tooling CK engineers use, sequenced across SSO onboarding, interoperability fundamentals (Cloud 360, Dev 360, Intuit Dev Portal, Intuit JIRA, 3x support). Owns 1-N prioritization and per-app disposition (migrate, consolidate, replace, retain), tracks identity, compliance (SOX, FTC), procurement, and UAT gates through final disposition, and manages the dependencies across them. The role carries leadership alignment alongside execution, securing agreement on success criteria and relative priority, quantifying the friction and cost benefit, and reporting credible status to SLT.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities
• Kickstart multi-org programs, aligning disparate leaders and programs on single program outcomes
• Create program structures that empower multi-org and distributed teams to achieve successful outcomes
• Manage program dependencies, reporting and Sr. Leader escalations and communications
• Define multi-org product & operational standards, dashboards, and processes
• Drive continuous improvement across multi-org program teams enabling product & operational excellence
• Drive/challenge discussions with experts achieving optimal outcomes
• Influence program outcomes to align with Intuit's technical & business strategy
• Bring outside-in learnings to the team
• Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders across Product Development, Product Management, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Develop a close working relationship with the stakeholders to ensure that the team is focused on the highest priority programs, and is helping deliver the most value to our customers
• Develop common mechanisms for keeping key stakeholders informed on the portfolio progress, risks, and issues

Qualifications

Qualifications
• Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 10+ years leading multiple complex software development projects
• Excellent influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
• Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences
• Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align executive teams on program outcomes
• Experience driving program outcomes in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of date driven business outcomes and prioritization based development outcomes
