Full Job Description

This position will be responsible for business analysis activities in accordance with Innomar’s software development methodology and supporting projects within a specific portfolio area This individual may work independently or with other Portfolio associates to deliver small scale projects or deliverables for larger projects.

  • Responsible for collecting and business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Documenting requirements in the form of user stories or use cases
  • Work in close collaboration with business partners, solution architect and developers to ensure consistent understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Work closely with QA team to review test plans and associated test case scenarios
  • Responsible for collecting and business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Establishes effective relationships with other business units and software vendors; builds and maintains effective business partner relationships.
  • Assists with tasks and deliverables related to System Development Life Cycle phases for package and custom solutions
  • Participates in project meetings and joint application design sessions.
  • Investigates and documents detailed requirements
  • Frequently interacts with IT staff including business area management, portfolio managers, vendors, consultants and other contractors.
  • Lead conversations to identify and evaluate projects risk and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Actively learn all digital systems to expert level.
  • Participate in project meetings with multiple workstreams on enhancements to existing systems and new systems.
  • Develop and lead self; attend appropriate skills or industry training classes to build competencies; be considered as upwardly mobile within the organization.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, business information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Master's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, business information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 8+ years of experience technical product management, technical project management, business systems analysis, application delivery, or a related field required.
  • Certification in project management, customer success management, service management, agile delivery, or product implementation preferred.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of business principles, processes, and technology.
  • Applies analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to technical product and delivery issues.
  • Communicates effectively in written, verbal, and presentation settings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Builds productive working relationships across customer, engineering, business, and management groups.
  • Presents strategies, plans, and technical information in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Plans and manages multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
