Under the direction of the Director, Product Management, Provider Analytics, and in partnership with analytics leadership, stakeholders, and provider customers, the Product Manager, Provider Analytics (InfoDive) is responsible for defining, prioritizing, delivering, and continuously improving products within the Provider Analytics portfolio, with primary responsibility for the InfoDive4 product line and additional Provider Analytics products as assigned.
InfoDive4 is a provider-focused analytics platform that enables organizations to improve operational performance, financial outcomes, and strategic decision-making through actionable analytics and business intelligence. The platform leverages data from practice management systems, financial systems, pharmacy dispensing systems, and other healthcare data sources to provide meaningful operational, financial, and performance insights for organizations ranging from large healthcare aggregators and provider networks to independent physician practices.
This role will champion change management and help lead the transition of Provider Analytics toward an Agile Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) framework. The Product Manager will help establish and reinforce Agile ways of working, improve planning rigor, strengthen backlog discipline, promote cross-functional alignment, and support adoption of standardized product lifecycle practices from intake through discovery, delivery, release, and post-launch measurement.
The Product Manager will translate provider needs, market opportunities, user feedback, operational impacts, and business goals into product strategies, requirements, release priorities, adoption plans, and delivery roadmaps. The Product Manager works cross-functionally with development, architecture, data operations, quality assurance, implementation, sales, marketing, client services, and support teams to ensure successful framework transition, product delivery, stakeholder readiness, adoption, and lifecycle management.
The Product Manager is responsible for maintaining product roadmaps, evaluating enhancement opportunities, facilitating backlog prioritization, coordinating release activities, developing business cases, managing cross-functional dependencies, supporting go-to-market activities, and reinforcing consistent PDLC governance. Through continuous customer engagement, market research, competitive analysis, product performance evaluation, and change adoption measurement, this role helps drive customer value, product adoption, business growth, and return on investment across the Provider Analytics portfolio.
This position requires strong product management expertise, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, change management experience, comfort working in Agile delivery environments, and a practical understanding of healthcare provider operations. Expertise in healthcare financial systems, practice management systems, medical practice operations, pharmacy dispensing workflows, revenue cycle management, and provider-facing analytics solutions is highly preferred due to the nature of the products supported.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and enhancement strategies for assigned Provider Analytics products, with primary responsibility for the InfoDive4 platform.
- Align roadmap priorities with customer needs, market opportunities, business objectives, and strategic direction established by product leadership.
- Develop business cases, value assessments, feature rationales, and investment recommendations that support product growth and customer value creation.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust roadmap priorities based on customer feedback, product performance, competitive intelligence, evolving business requirements, and measurable adoption outcomes.
- Champion the transition to an Agile PDLC framework by supporting standardized intake, discovery, backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, launch readiness, and post-release review practices.
- Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, release planning, and Program Increment (PI) planning activities.
- Facilitate backlog prioritization and planning readiness activities to ensure development teams have clearly defined, prioritized, sequenced, and actionable requirements.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive change management activities, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, training needs identification, readiness tracking, adoption support, and resistance mitigation.
- Help establish consistent product lifecycle artifacts, including intake documentation, problem statements, PRDs, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, adoption plans, and post-launch results summaries.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of product enhancements and capabilities across assigned Provider Analytics products.
- Coordinate with development, architecture, quality assurance, data operations, implementation, support teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, including process adoption risks associated with the Agile PDLC transition.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet customer needs, business objectives, technical requirements, compliance considerations, operational readiness expectations, and defined acceptance criteria.
- Support release readiness, launch activities, user adoption efforts, stakeholder communications, training coordination, and post-release performance evaluations.
- Analyze customer feedback, operational metrics, product usage data, industry trends, market opportunities, and adoption signals to identify product enhancement opportunities.
- Translate stakeholder needs, user requirements, workflow impacts, and business goals into clearly defined problem statements and actionable product requirements.
- Evaluate opportunities to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, increase adoption, reduce workflow friction, and create measurable business value.
- Engage regularly with healthcare providers, administrators, operational leaders, and executives representing organizations ranging from large healthcare aggregators and physician networks to independent medical practices.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions, workflow reviews, user interviews, feedback sessions, change impact discussions, readiness reviews, and product demonstrations.
- Leverage active listening, customer research, discovery techniques, and change impact assessment practices to identify, clarify, and refine customer requirements.
- Serve as the voice of the customer throughout product planning, Agile delivery, release, adoption, and continuous improvement activities.
- Build effective working relationships across cross-functional teams to facilitate alignment, remove ambiguity, and support successful execution.
- Communicate product priorities, roadmap decisions, requirements, Agile process expectations, change impacts, and release plans to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Influence decisions and build consensus among stakeholders without formal authority, especially during operating model changes and PDLC framework adoption.
- Support and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, releases, and product process changes that impact customers or internal teams.
- Partner with marketing, sales, implementation, and client services teams to define target audiences, launch readiness plans, communication strategies, enablement requirements, and training needs.
- Develop and maintain release notes, product documentation, user guides, training materials, customer communications, and internal readiness materials.
- Support product positioning, adoption initiatives, customer onboarding, competitive differentiation efforts, and internal enablement for the Provider Analytics portfolio.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product benchmarking activities to understand industry trends and market opportunities.
- Monitor healthcare technology, provider analytics, healthcare operations, Agile product management, and business intelligence markets to identify emerging capabilities and innovations.
- Utilize competitive intelligence to support product strategy, feature prioritization, differentiation initiatives, and investment recommendations.
- Serve as a product ambassador and subject matter expert for InfoDive4 and assigned Provider Analytics products.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap plans, enhancement opportunities, customer value propositions, change rationale, and Agile PDLC transition progress internally and externally as appropriate.
- Support customer presentations, demonstrations, industry events, stakeholder meetings, change readiness discussions, and training activities as needed.
- Foster enthusiasm and adoption of Provider Analytics products and standardized Agile PDLC practices among internal and external stakeholders.
- Apply knowledge of provider operations, healthcare analytics, practice management workflows, financial management processes, pharmacy operations, and healthcare data environments to product strategy and feature development.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
- B.S./B.A. required; M.B.A. or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably with a company serving the provider space.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, or similar product development role preferred.
- Proven success managing products throughout the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), including discovery, planning, delivery, release, adoption, and post-launch evaluation.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with product development teams in Agile environments, including sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, release planning, and PI planning.
- Experience supporting organizational change, process improvement, operating model adoption, Agile transformation, or product lifecycle framework transition preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful products within complex business environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Miro, Figma, Microsoft 365 applications, and other product lifecycle management tools preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), business cases, workflow diagrams, change impact summaries, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, release documentation, and adoption materials.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Product Management, Project Management, Change Management, or Program Management preferred.
- Certified Product Manager (CPM), Product School certification, Prosci certification, or equivalent product/change management credentials preferred.
- Experience supporting healthcare providers, healthcare analytics platforms, healthcare technology solutions, medical practices, or healthcare operations strongly preferred.
