Principal Product Manager, AI within Siemens Asset Management Solutions, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution of AI across our business and product portfolio. You will identify how emerging AI technologies can transform the way we operate internally while creating differentiated, market-leading solutions that help customers solve complex asset, maintenance, infrastructure, and operational challenges. Working across product management, engineering, data science, customer success, and executive leadership, you will turn AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes and customer value.
This role reports to the VP of Horizontal Core and serves as a strategic leader responsible for advancing AI innovation across the Siemens Asset Management Solutions portfolio.
This is a highly influential leadership role with responsibility for defining AI strategy and driving cross-functional execution across the organization.
You'll make an impact by:- Define and own the AI strategy for Siemens Asset Management Solutions, aligning investments with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Identify high-value opportunities to enhance AI across internal business processes and customer-facing products, driving measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Partner with product, engineering, data science, and design teams to bring AI-powered capabilities from concept through commercialization and adoption.
- Engage directly with customers, industry leaders, and market collaborators to uncover emerging challenges and translate them into differentiated AI solutions.
- Establish frameworks for responsible, scalable, and trustworthy AI while balancing innovation, risk management, and regulatory considerations.
- Drive cross-functional execution and organizational alignment to ensure AI initiatives deliver meaningful business impact and competitive advantage.
This is how you'll win us over:- Bring 8+ years of product management, innovation, strategy, or related experience delivering enterprise software solutions, including ownership of product vision, roadmap, and business outcomes.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, data science, business, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of modern AI technologies, including generative AI, machine learning, intelligent agents, and AI-enabled workflows, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Practice Extreme Ownership and Relentless Execution by turning ambiguous opportunities into actionable strategies and driving initiatives from concept through measurable results.
- Possess a Customer-Centric Focus and an Insatiable Curiosity to uncover unmet needs, challenge assumptions, and continuously explore how AI can solve real-world customer problems.

The pay range for this position is $102,459 - $175,644 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
