Full Job Description
Description:

As Product Manager for Data and Integrations, you will define and execute the product strategy that connects our asset management solutions with the data, systems, and workflows our customers rely on. You will translate complex customer and business needs into pragmatic product decisions, applying AI where it creates measurable value and building scalable data and integration capabilities that improve interoperability, accelerate adoption, and enable smarter asset lifecycle decisions. Working across engineering, design, sales, services, partners, and customers, you will balance near-term delivery with a clear long-term platform vision.

You'll make an impact
  • Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for data, APIs, and integrations across our asset management portfolio.
  • Discover and prioritize customer problems by combining direct customer engagement, product analytics, market insight, and technical feasibility into clear product requirements and investment decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, design, cybersecurity, and data teams to deliver secure, scalable, observable, and well-documented integration and data capabilities.
  • Guide pragmatic AI product development from problem validation through launch, including data readiness, responsible AI considerations, human oversight, model performance, and ongoing value measurement.
  • Collaborate with sales, services, customer success, and technology partners to shape go-to-market plans, remove adoption barriers, and turn implementation findings into product improvements.
  • Establish product success metrics and use evidence to make trade-offs, communicate progress, manage dependencies, and drive reliable execution across globally distributed teams.

This is how you'll win us over
  • Bring 3-5 years of product management or closely related experience delivering B2B SaaS or enterprise software products, including responsibility for strategy, discovery, roadmaps, requirements, launches, and product outcomes.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, data analytics, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrate fluency in data platforms, APIs, integration patterns, enterprise systems, and applied AI concepts, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
  • Practice Extreme Ownership and Relentless Execution by setting clear outcomes, making timely decisions, managing dependencies, and remaining accountable from customer problem through adoption and measured results.
  • Possess a Customer-Centric Focus and Insatiable Curiosity by engaging directly with users, testing assumptions, analyzing qualitative and quantitative evidence, and continuously learning about asset management workflows and market needs.
  • Communicate with clarity and Radical Candor, translating complexity into actionable direction while building trust across engineering, commercial, implementation, partner, and executive team members.

You'll Thrive Even More If You Also
  • Bring experience with enterprise asset management, computerized maintenance management, facilities, infrastructure, or adjacent industrial software domains.
  • Demonstrate resourceful problem-solving by navigating ambiguous technical and commercial constraints, finding practical paths forward, and validating solutions before scaling investment.
  • Show grit and resilience while remaining composed under fire when priorities shift, dependencies fail, or customer-impacting issues require calm, evidence-based decisions.
  • Lead with empathy and infectious enthusiasm, creating shared purpose across diverse global teams while listening carefully, inviting challenge, and helping others do their best work.
  • Bring experience with platform ecosystems, public APIs, integration marketplaces, data governance, analytics, machine learning products, or responsible AI practices.
