The Principal Product Manager manages products for customer use and provides strategic guidance to functional team(s).
Role Overview
You will identify, shape, and develop high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell's Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy segments. You will deliver the intelligence layer that connects a patient's risk factors, care history, engagement data, and clinical context across products and experiences. Using data, AI, and human-centered design, you will identify opportunities to surface the right insights at the right moment, allowing more personalized, coordinated, and proactive care. This role partners across business and technology teams to translate enterprise needs into scalable product capabilities. This is an individual contributor role with enterprise-level influence.
Responsibilities:
- Define the roadmap for Clinical Intelligence, creating a unified view of an individual's risks, care history, engagement, and clinical context across the enterprise.
- Partner with clinical, business, data, and technology partners to identify high-value opportunities where connected patient intelligence can improve decisions, experiences, and outcomes.
- Define and prioritize product capabilities that allow insights generated in one workflow or application to inform experiences across other channels and lines of business.
- Establish success metrics and measure the impact of intelligence capabilities on care coordination, personalization, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
- Improve understanding across teams to ensure data, AI, and workflow capabilities are scalable, interoperable, and reusable across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
- Support test-and-learn projects to validate AI concepts and refine product solutions based on performance data and feedback.
- Ensure all solutions align with human-centered design principles and improve experiences for associates, patients, providers, and members.
- Stay current on latest trends in AI, automation, and healthcare improvement to inform opportunity development.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
- Experience with AI/ML products and latest generative AI applications within healthcare.
- Experience working in environments with product, engineering, operations, and partners.
- Experience using data to define metrics, measure value, and guide decisions.
- Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis, including identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Can work Eastern Standard Time hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI products in healthcare environments, including clinical workflows, pharmacy operations, or care delivery models.
- Experience with AI-driven capabilities related to patient data, insights and decision support.
- Experience with data products and platforms.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, leading indicators, and value realization metrics.
- Familiarity with design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, or Visio).
- Experience working in Agile or test-and-learn environments.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$150,000 - $206,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
