Fabletics is looking for a People Team Business Partner

How Do You Fit In

The People Team Business Partner will be a key partner & voice on the Fabletics People Team; partnering with and supporting a designated cohort within a larger organization in day-to-day operations, change management, culture & communication; and a collaborative partner in Total Rewards, HR Administration, Compliance, Worker's Compensation, HR systems and payroll. This support role will be a champion for development of an organization that operates as one company & one team.

Responsibilities:
  • Champion of fostering a great place to work with a passionate, relationship, brand-focused culture
  • Understand the pulse of the larger organization at all levels and, partnering with the Lead BP, utilize this perspective to contribute to People Team strategies, communications and own collaboration with designated cohort in creating mutually beneficial solutions that foster a fully engaged organization
  • Provide client-facing support to employees on questions about career management, People Team programs, concerns at the team or management level, personal situations that arise and need People Team guidance
  • Maintain accurate and timely employee files, execute employee movement processes and administration including onboarding, off-boarding, Transfers, New Hire Orientation, IT partnership, Worker's Compensation and Leaves of Absence accurately and ensuring compliance with all current employment law.
  • Be a key partner to designated cohort for all employee relations obstacles, performance management, and investigations to resolve promptly to enhance job satisfaction; proactively aligning with the Lead BP on risk management and resolution strategies
  • In conjunction with the Lead BP and PT COE's ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
  • Conduct Manager and Employee trainings such as Performance Reviews, new hire orientations, benefits, policy and system updates as need and in partnership with the broader BP and TDS functions
  • Collaboration with managers in designated function to inform and guide headcount and opex management, backfill and incremental headcount strategies and process, ensuring job responsibilities are current, in line with TFG job leveling framework and contribute to enhanced employee role satisfaction
  • Analyze useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates, to develop and recommend talent strategies within designated function and then driving successful adoption and execution of approved strategies.


Qualifications:
  • 5 - 7 years of experience as a high performing contributor to People Team functions potentially including; Generalist support, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Culture.
  • Ability to understand the desired culture and align our work to reinforce & develop upon that culture
  • Experience supporting a startup, technology or Ecom organization
  • Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Strong knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Exceptional interpersonal skill, able to communicate authentically and consult effectively
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills & project management
  • Strategic thinker, with high focus on financial responsibility
  • Meticulous attention to detail, well organized
  • Able to move through ambiguity and create structure where needed
  • Analytical, quantitative and Excel capability

The annual base salary range for this position is from $85,000-$95,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
