Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Senior OutSystems Developer with strong expertise in OutSystems 11 (O11) and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC). The role is responsible for leading the design and development of enterprise-grade web and mobile applications, driving technical decisions, and delivering scalable solutions involving complex API integrations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of OutSystems applications.
• Develop and support enterprise web and mobile applications using OutSystems 11 (O11) and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Design and implement integrations with REST and SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
• Implement and support secure API integrations using technologies and standards such as OAuth.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor development team members.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Support CI/CD processes, release management, and production deployments.
• Apply Agile methodologies and DevOps practices throughout the application development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance-related issues.
• Support technical decision-making and application architecture initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• 6-10 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems 11 (O11) and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Proven experience developing enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Strong API integration experience using REST, SOAP, and OAuth.
• Solid understanding of application architecture and scalable solution design.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with application performance optimization.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD processes.
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• OutSystems Professional, Expert, Architecture, or other relevant OutSystems certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience leading distributed development teams.
