YOUR IMPACT

As a Program Manager (Organizational Change & Digital Adoption), you will drive enterprise-wide adoption and behavior change across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled work, and digital workplace solutions. You will help employees embrace new ways of working by combining change management expertise, user-centered design, adoption strategies, and data-driven insights. Working across business, technology, HR, communications, and leadership teams, you will ensure digital transformation initiatives deliver measurable employee and business outcomes.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
  • Lead enterprise-wide adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365, Copilot, and digital workplace solutions.
  • Influence strategic transformation programs as a senior individual contributor with broad organizational impact.
  • Partner with executive leaders, product teams, HR, Communications, Security, and business stakeholders.
  • Shape how employees collaborate, communicate, manage knowledge, and leverage AI in their daily work.
  • Drive employee experience improvements through research, journey mapping, and workflow optimization.
  • Build and mature scalable adoption frameworks, playbooks, standards, and communities of practice.
  • Use analytics, feedback, and measurement frameworks to demonstrate adoption success and business value.
  • Contribute to digital solution discovery, workflow redesign, and organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Champion responsible AI adoption and help shape the future of AI-enabled work.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • 6+ years of experience in organizational change management, digital adoption, digital workplace, transformation, employee experience, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success leading complex enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Viva, Copilot, and AI-enabled workplace solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable behavior change, user adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, consulting, and influence skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, stakeholder analysis, and adoption planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption metrics, employee feedback, surveys, and business data.
  • Experience designing and delivering change, learning, communications, and manager enablement strategies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful employee experiences, business value, and practical use cases.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience; Prosci, CCMP, or related certifications are considered an asset.

Salary Range: $92,320 - $138,480; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
