Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks Operations Program Manager II at its facility located at 3802 Sugar Palm Dr, Tampa, FL 33619.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Meet project and program milestones, provide periodic updates, help identify solutions, and reduce risks for the successful implementation of the OBEM product (20%). Gather and analyze requirements such as installing and commissioning key applications like Open Blue Enterprise Management (OBEM) and provide level two technical support (20%). Develop an understanding of key software application capabilities, functionality, and limitations (10%). Provide overall technical support for customer engagement throughout a project or program. Develop a portfolio of multiple customer projects. Develop and deliver professional proposals, including design and documentation. Create and provide processed document (10%). Oversee the creation of detailed technical design specifications, use cases, and collaborate closely with the customer team to deploy solutions from estimation to user acceptance (10%). Work closely with the development architect, development team, and quality assurance to translate customer requirements and ensure quality delivery (10%). Offer pre-sales and postsales support for Digital Solutions OBEM opportunities and solutions. Work on proficiency in understanding, developing, and delivering the scope of work, hour/cost estimates, and client deliverables (10%). Utilize service ticketing software for issue and key task tracking/reporting. Audit hosted and other key projects to ensure connectivity and data quality (10%). Telecommuting: 100% Telecommuting Allowed.

REQUIREMENTS:

This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 3 years of experience as an Operations Engineer, Program Engineer, or related occupation in project management or related field. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) HVAC Control System architecture; (2) MS SQL Server relative to query and report writing; (3) Daptiv or Microsoft Project experience; (4) Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP/IP, BACnet/IP, SNMP, and Web Services; (5) Project Scheduling; and (6) Stakeholder management.
