The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Program Manager located in Tampa, FL with an Active TS/SCI clearance.  This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing a UAS program to ensure it meets financial, operational, and strategic goals for SOCOM.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide cost, schedule and performance on a daily basis to support technical and programmatic mission.   
  • Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track progress and mitigate risks
  • Lead a cross-functional team including UAS SMEs, COCOM Operators, Intelligence analysts program management office staff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Integrate technology, resources, and mission capabilities for new opportunities within the program. 



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • BS/BA Degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of DoD related program management with the United States (U.S.) military and/or other Government agencies.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and achieving significant revenue and profit targets.
  • Knowledge and experience with SOCOM mission and/or C-UAS Capabilities.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.



Desired:

  • MA/MS in applicable degree field.
  • 10+ years of experience conducting progressive technical and management for; design, analysis, and implementation of commercial state-of-the art communications network systems and subsystems.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
