Job Description

Job Duties: Associate, Project Management with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Responsible for program managing multi-disciplinary programs focused on development of new systems and/or uplifting of existing technical systems and elevating and streamlining processes. Work across the different phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Change Management framework. Work with program sponsors to define and actively manage program scope, plan, resource, budget, timeline, deliverables, and dependencies. Create a long-term plan, including setting targets for near and far-away milestones, adhering to deadlines and managing resources. Identify potential risk to the programs and propose a mitigation strategy. Design, develop and maintain a program's reporting dashboard, and communicate with firm leadership on progress of the Compliance programs. Collaborate with Senior Compliance Officers to define the functional requirements to develop software solutions. Ensure all participants are on target with their tasks on delivery timelines, responsible for decision making on escalating risks to senior management.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related role. Prior work experience must include three (3) years of experience with: working with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Change Management Framework; Jira; Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio; Microsoft Project; PowerBI; Microsoft SharePoint; Confluence; and working with delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall models.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York based position is $132,000 - $157,000.
