Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MOVEit Administrator to support the administration, configuration, and maintenance of MOVEit environments. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience managing MOVEit environments and ensuring reliable and secure file transfer operations.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining environment configurations, supporting operational requirements, documenting system configurations, and developing knowledge guides to support ongoing administration and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills
• Hands on experience with MOVEit Administration
• Experience administering and configuring MOVEit environments
• Understanding of secure managed file transfer processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and support MOVEit environment issues
• Strong documentation and technical communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain environment configuration documentation

Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting enterprise managed file transfer environments
• Experience developing system administration knowledge guides
• Experience with secure file transfer technologies and enterprise integration environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain MOVEit environments
• Configure MOVEit environments based on technical and business requirements
• Monitor and support MOVEit file transfer operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve MOVEit administration and configuration issues
• Maintain environment configurations and ensure consistency across applicable environments
• Support secure and reliable file transfer operations
• Document MOVEit environment configurations, settings, and operational procedures
• Develop and maintain MOVEit administration knowledge guides
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to support MOVEit related requirements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MOVEit related issues
• Ensure administration activities follow established enterprise standards and security practices

Education Requirement
• Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
