Role: Manual Tester

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Manual Tester with strong hands on testing experience in recent projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in test case development, Agile testing, defect management, API testing, SQL, Linux/Unix environments, and relational databases.

Experience working on Integrated Eligibility projects is preferred.

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands on development experience
• Hands on testing experience in recent projects
• Proficiency in writing test cases based on User Stories and EPICs
• Expertise with defect management tools such as ALM
• Expertise in Sprint and Regression testing
• Strong experience working in Agile methodology
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex systems using User Story and EPIC documentation
• Experience giving live Sprint demos
• Experience with API Testing using REST and SOAP
• Experience using JIRA or JIRA plug ins as the defect tracking tool
• Experience running batch jobs in Linux/Unix using PuTTY
• Hands on experience mocking inbound files based on Storyboards
• Hands on experience with relational databases such as Oracle or similar
• Strong understanding of database principles
• Ability to write SQL beyond basic data access
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and professional skills
• Effective collaboration with clients and team leadership
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Self driven, detail oriented, and team oriented approach

Preferred Skills:
• Functional experience working on Integrated Eligibility projects
• Knowledge of SDLC processes
• Automation experience developing scripts using existing or new frameworks

? Education Requirement

Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
