Job Title: Mine Production Supervisor

Job Type: Full Time

Reporting to the Mine Operations General Foreman, this position will be part of the team responsible for planning, organizing and directing the work of the Operations crew.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, organize and direct the work of the operations crew
  • Provide effective supervision to ensure assignments are completed in a safe and efficient manner


What You'll Bring:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills including strong team building and communication skill
  • A valid underground supervisor's certificate or the ability to obtain a certificate
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
  • Preference will be given to candidates with previous underground supervisory experience
  • A strong commitment to safety with working knowledge of OH&S, Mine and Environmental regulations
  • Ability to handle a large and varied workload
