Position Overview

As a Marketing Manager Senior within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

PNC’s Marketing organization is on a journey to redefine what great marketing looks like and to serve as a growth engine for the business. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Lending Lifecycle Growth Marketing professional to join our team and drive marketing strategy and innovation. • Leads the strategy and team that executes and implements integrated, multi-channel, strategic marketing plans for one or more products/initiatives/channels. Formulates plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product life cycle and line of business goals and objectives.
•Leads a team to define and drive alignment on business and marketing objectives, develop value propositions and target segments leveraging competitive intelligence and insights to drive growth strategies. Contributes thought leadership to build consensus among partners. Ensures team adapts to and optimizes for a changing business environment.
•Leads team to translate desired business outcomes into marketing strategy and execute complex, integrated marketing programs/ initiatives that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Leads and influences complex multi-functional program teams. Ensures data collected is synthesized and leveraged effectively to provide appropriate business intelligence.
•Influences the budget while ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established budget framework. Establishes the budget and has the capability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget. Manages activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners.
•Responsible for performance management, continuous coaching and development of employees to ensure that they can achieve business results and adapt to evolving business marketing strategies and financial industry changes.

•Home Lending industry experience creating omni-channel marketing strategies for Mortgage and Home Equity through acquisition, cross-sell, retention and engagement lifecycles.
•Experience testing complex offers.
•Understanding of Mortgage and Home Equity products, programs and audiences. Ability to stay on top of industry cycles and trends.
•Experience in developing Home Equity Line of Credit portfolio marketing strategies to drive retention and engagement goals, including line of credit utilization and maturity strategies.
•Experience in developing and executing Mortgage COI and co-branding multi-channel strategies.
•Experience in partnering with product partners, call center leaders, and Retail Mortgage Loan Originator sales leaders to support successful outcomes of omni-channel marketing campaigns.
•Understanding of Fair Lending and Community Reinvestment Act.
•Experience in optimizing digital funnel strategies.
•Experience in customer and prospect journey building and optimization.
•Understanding of paid media (Search, Social and Display), SEO and affiliate test & learn opportunities, strategies and channels.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to partners in a timely manner.
•Ability to use data and consumer insights to develop break-through creatives and marketing strategies.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $100,100.00 65,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
