Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea, BenMaier & Eastham, a nationally-recognized U.S. law firm, is seeking a Marketing Director to develop and execute practice-focused marketing strategies, identify opportunities to enhance the firm's visibility, and support cross-marketing efforts among practice groups to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

The Director will oversee high-profile conferences, sponsorships, and client-facing events, identify key networking and business development opportunities for attorneys, leverage market intelligence to inform strategy, and collaborate with public relations partners to elevate the firm's brand and market presence.

The role in action:
  • Monitor legal industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze marketing performance, return on investment, and key business metrics to provide data-driven recommendations that optimize resource allocation, strengthen outcomes, and support firm growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for practice groups firmwide, driving cross-selling opportunities and fostering collaboration across key service areas.
