We are seeking a Marketing Analyst who is responsible for evaluating and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and mass media channels within our Lottery business. Working closely with Marketing, Analytics & Insights, Lottery Operations, agencies, and vendors, the Marketing Analyst will provide an understanding of campaign effectiveness and revenue contribution through campaign reporting, attribution, audience strategy, testing, and post-campaign analysis.

This role supports marketing performance measurement and attribution, with a focus on turning campaign, audience, channel, and conversion data into clear insights that help teams make better decisions, improve supporter engagement, and grow revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Measure and report on integrated campaign performance across mail, email, phone, SMS, paid media, organic social, website, video, and other marketing channels.
  • Analyse customer journeys, audience segments, conversion trends, campaign ROI, channel effectiveness, and revenue contribution.
  • Develop and maintain multi-touch attribution models to assess channel contribution and revenue impact to support optimization decisions.
  • Design and lead marketing testing frameworks including hypothesis development, test design, measurement, and analysis
  • Develop post-campaign summaries that explain what happened, why it happened, and what should change next.
  • Support audience targeting, segmentation, suppression logic, list validation, and campaign-ready audience requirements.
  • Ensure tracking frameworks (UTMs, pixels, events) are properly implemented, governed, and maintained.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that communicate performance clearly to Marketing and senior stakeholders
  • Partner with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to connect marketing activity to business outcomes and future planning.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, graduate degree, or equivalent in Marketing Analytics, Marketing, or Economics related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in performance marketing, marketing analysis, campaign reporting, digital analytics, or similar field, either client or agency-side.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, attribution, conversion analysis, audience segmentation, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing including email, paid search, paid social, display, video, website, and social media.
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4 to measure campaign performance, track conversions, and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of campaign tracking, UTMs, tagging, attribution models, and paid media platforms (e.g., Google, Meta).
  • Experience building dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) considered an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into simple, useful recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across campaigns, programs, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative, curious, and outcome-focused, with a commitment to data accuracy, clear reporting, and continuous improvement.
