Manager, Product Management - Data
About the Team
We're looking for a Product Manager to scale our high-growth enterprise tokenization solutions, protecting highly sensitive data across third-party ecosystem. This is a highly collaborative, deep-dive role where you will partner with cross-functional teams and Lines of Business to analyze complex data-sharing patterns, ship new technical capabilities, and build integration patterns that enable secure external data sharing at an enterprise scale. You'll act as the brilliant bridge between deep engineering and business strategy—building the core SDKs and APIs that developers rely on to automatically protect data, while collaborating with external third-party partners to safely integrate them into our ecosystem. Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of Product Management experience
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's or Master619;s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management
New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate619;s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
