Full Job Description
Role: Manager of AV & Collaboration Technology

Location: Washington, DC Metro Area

Type: FT / Hybrid

What You'll Do:
• Lead daily support for conference rooms, collaboration spaces, video meetings, and hybrid events.
• Manage and mentor a small technical support team across office locations.
• Troubleshoot escalated A/V, video conferencing, room-control, UC/VoIP, and connectivity issues.
• Partner with workplace, facilities, hospitality, IT, vendors, and business teams to ensure smooth meetings.
• Build repeatable processes for room checks, setup, maintenance, documentation, and handoffs.
• Track service trends, recurring issues, assets, metrics, and improvement opportunities.
• Help standardize meeting technology support across a multi-office environment.
