The Global Community (GC) Operations team is responsible for building the foundation that enables lululemon's community ecosystem to thrive. This team drives process, systems, and communications infrastructure that supports Ambassador, Partnership and Social Impact programs globally - from annual planning to measurement to platform design, implementation and data management.

core responsibilities
  • Leads end-to-end build and implementation of the Global Ambassador Portal, governing a multi-year roadmap from FY26-FY30
  • Drives cross-functional alignment across Technology, Product Management, Legal, Cross-functional stakeholders (ex: Casting), and Regional Sports Marketing teams (EMEA, APAC, China, NA) to ensure all Global Ambassador Portal project gates are met
  • Manages two direct reports overseeing Global Ambassador Portal build workstreams and the Ambassador Communications, Translation, and Resources portfolio
  • Leads Global and Regional change management and training for Global Ambassador Portal implementation across all Ambassador tiers and regions (EMEA, APAC, China, NA)
  • Navigates PII data compliance and risk in partnership with Legal across multiple regions and countries
  • Delivers regular status updates, risk flags, and decision facilitation to Director+ audience
  • Oversees Ambassador-facing communications sign-off including emails, training materials, toolkits, and resource pages
  • Recommends prioritization of post-MVP pilots to scale product feedback and support brand campaigns, laddering to the Enterprise Action Plan
qualifications
  • 8-10 years of work experience inclusive of systems management, program operations, and communications for a global company
  • College or university degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent
  • Proven track record managing global programs and leading teams with a high degree of autonomy
  • Experience with change management and new technology adoption at scale

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$116,200 - $130,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
