Job DescriptionResponsible for supporting the global brand strategy, growth agenda and ongoing evolution of Hotel Indigo, translating brand priorities into clear initiatives, tools and programs that strengthen brand performance and owner value across markets.
Your day to day- Support the development and execution of Hotel Indigo global brand strategy, annual priorities and key cross-functional initiatives
- Translate brand strategy into practical tools, programs and communications that enable consistent execution across regions and hotels
- Partner with regional Brand Delivery, Development, Commercial, Operations, F&B, Design and other functional teams to advance brand priorities and remove barriers to growth
- Use guest, owner, competitive and performance insights to identify opportunities, inform recommendations and strengthen the brand proposition
- Support owner engagement and advisory forums, bringing owner economics and operational realities into the development and refinement of brand initiatives
- Manage global brand projects from concept through implementation, including workplans, stakeholder alignment, agency or partner coordination and executive-ready materials
- Support brand governance and the development of standards, guidance and operating tools that protect brand integrity while enabling locally relevant delivery
- Monitor competitive activity, category trends and brand performance to help shape future strategy and priorities
What we need from you- Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, hospitality, business, brand strategy or a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, hospitality, strategy, consulting or a related field
- Experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global or matrixed organization
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insight into clear recommendations and action
- Strong project management skills with experience organizing, planning and executing initiatives from concept through implementation
- Experience effectively managing stakeholders and building alignment across functions, regions and levels of seniority
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to develop clear, executive-ready communications
- Commercial mindset with an understanding of owner economics, hotel operations and the relationship between brand strategy, guest experience and business performance
- Hospitality, travel or lifestyle brand experience preferred
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $94,000.00 to $105,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
