Job Title: Manager, Engineering & Data Platform

Location: Flex Scheduled (180 Kent Street, Ottawa Ontario or 4101 Yonge Street, Toronto Ontario)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Engineering & Data Platform to lead the development of scalable software systems and robust data infrastructure. This hybrid role combines oversight of engineering solutions with governance and operational excellence for data platforms. You will shape our technology roadmap, incorporating AI-driven and agentic solutions to ensure products are data-driven, secure, and built for next-generation scalability.

Experience with Power Platform, Power BI, MuleSoft, Agile methodologies-and emerging AI/agent frameworks-is a must.

Here's how you'll contribute
  • Lead the integration of Microsoft Power Platform solutions to optimize business operations.
  • Manage a team deploying Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for efficiency gains.
  • Implement Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) for collaboration and productivity.
  • Integrate DevOps for smoother deployments using automation to reduce errors.
  • Establish coding standards; conduct code reviews with static analysis tools.
  • Own data architecture, governance, and compliance including GDPR/HIPAA.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, MS Fabric), Power Apps, Power Automate, MuleSoft, Azure DevOps.
  • Experience managing AI-enabled platforms or integrating AI/LLM agentic capabilities into data-driven systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data policies, API management, and orchestration platforms.
  • Experience with AI orchestration tools, intelligent automation frameworks, and next-gen platform development.


Hiring pay range rate: $130,000 - $150,000
