Full Job Description
About the Team

This role sits within Mammoth Brands' Global Finance organization, which spans FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Strategy across North America, the UK, and Germany. The team operates as a strategic partner to the Mammoth Brands commercial businesses and supports our corporate teams.

About the Role

This Corporate FP&A position supports Corporate FP&A processes while owning Mammoth Brands' enterprise 3-statement model and supporting our long-term financial planning, including ensuring we achieve our long term financial algorithm. This role combines senior leadership exposure, financial modeling, and strategic projects, including integrated P&L & cash flow scenario modeling to better support leadership decision-making.

This individual is responsible for ensuring high-quality FP&A outputs, strengthening analytical rigor, and building scalable processes across reporting and planning that leverage and integrate AI solutions to streamline workflows.

The role serves as a critical partner to the Head of Corporate Finance, helping connect operational performance, strategic planning, and capital allocation into a cohesive enterprise financial narrative.

What You Will Accomplish

Enterprise Financial Planning & Performance
  • Serve as the dedicated financial partner to a defined set of corporate leaders, owning their full planning cycle end to end: monthly reporting and budget-vs-actual, forecasting, long-term planning, and ad hoc analysis
  • Contribute to Board materials and leadership reporting materials (Monthly Business Review / Quarterly Business Review), ensuring insightful business performance commentary to support leadership decision making
  • Support systems enhancements to improve forecasting and reporting
  • Drive process improvements that increase transparency, scalability, and analytical rigor across Corporate FP&A
  • Support the Head of Corporate Finance in running the Enterprise Long-Term Planning (LTP) process
  • Support "Shape of P&L" modeling work to inform short and long-term portfolio decisions

Corporate 3-Statement Model & Cash Flow Management
  • Own the mechanics, integrity, and ongoing enhancement of the corporate 3-statement model (both in-year and LTP "Long Term Plan" forecast)
  • Coordinate with business unit and functional stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure model accuracy; own an "always on" model that can be used to support growth and capital raising
  • Enhance modeling capabilities to support capital allocation, liquidity planning, strategic trade-off decisions and ad hoc analysis related to our forecast for our co-CEOs

Strategic Analysis & Diligence
  • Lead deep-dive financial analyses to inform key strategic decisions for Mammoth Brands, including cost optimization and liquidity planning
  • Support investor, lender, and strategic diligence requests, partnering with the Head of Corporate Finance
  • Participate in financial diligence and external Q&A processes as needed

This Should Describe You
  • An experienced FP&A or finance professional. You have 4-7 years of experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a similar analytical finance role. You know your way around a planning cycle and have owned real deliverables end to end.
  • A strong financial modeler. You build and maintain complex, well-structured models, and you are fluent in 3-statement modeling and the mechanics that connect P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. You care about integrity, documentation, and version control, not just the answer.
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented. You catch the error before it reaches leadership. You bring analytical discipline to reporting and forecasting, and you can explain not just what the numbers are but why they moved.
  • A clear communicator. You translate detailed analysis into clear, concise commentary for senior audiences, and you are comfortable presenting your own work and defending your assumptions in leadership forums.
  • A collaborative partner. You work well across Finance, Accounting, Strategy, and business-unit teams, and you build trust through accuracy, judgment, and follow-through.
  • Curious about better ways of working. You look for opportunities to automate, streamline, and strengthen processes, including through AI tooling, rather than accepting the status quo.
  • Direct and humble. You share a point of view when you have one and know when to listen. You give and receive feedback openly and adapt as new information emerges.
  • Based in New York City (or willing to relocate). You are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at our SoHo headquarters.

Here's Who You'll Work With
  • Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance
  • Close, day-to-day partnership with a defined set of Corporate function leaders whose planning you own
  • Regular collaboration with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Strategy, and Commercial Finance teams
  • Coordination with business-unit and functional stakeholders to gather inputs and align on forecasts
  • Supporting exposure to CFO and other executives and Board-facing forums

Benefits and perks
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401k match
  • Equity in Mammoth Brands
  • Flexible time off and working hours
  • L&D stipend
  • 4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years
  • 20 fully paid weeks off for parents who give birth, or 16 fully paid weeks off for all other paths to parenthood
  • Fun IRL and virtual events including happy hours, team building events, and parties on our rooftop
  • Free products from our family of brands

The Mammoth Brands' working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. Can't forget the free products and the opportunity to have some meetings without Zoom!

We can't quantify all of the intangible things we think you'll love about working at Mammoth Brands, like the exciting challenges we tackle, the smart and humble team you'll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $130,000-$160,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
