What you'll be doing...We're looking for a visionary leader to serve as the strategic architect of the intelligence engine powering our Home & Emerging Growth portfolio. As the Associate Director of Business Intelligence for Intelligence to Insights, you will own the end-to-end translation of macro market dynamics into hyper-localized, actionable go-to-market strategies.
Crucially, you will lead the evolution of our yield management capabilities, applying sharp financial acumen to optimize revenue across micro-segments. You will be responsible for translating external dynamics into the foundational data blocks required to support compelling value propositions, offer constructs, and GTM strategies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Translating External Competitor Actions: Monitoring pricing shifts, regional promotions, and rival footprints to turn raw external tracking data into immediate, actionable insights for product and growth teams.
- Driving Yield Management: Applying deep financial acumen to evolve our yield management frameworks, optimizing offer constructs, dynamic pricing models, and converged product margins across hyper-local geographies.
- Synthesizing Segment Intelligence: Identifying evolving customer preferences and competitive density to ensure commercial tactics remain strictly customer-back rather than technology-led.
- Empowering the Growth Ecosystem: Architecting the intelligence feeds that powers Performance Management and directly informs the Test and Learn sub-team, providing the localized data required to uncover hidden volume and revenue opportunities.
- Managing High-Performing Talent: Mentoring and scaling a team of strategic data translators and yield analysts capable of bridging the gap between raw external data and executive commercial strategy.
What we're looking for...You are a highly strategic thinker with exceptional data storytelling skills, a commanding executive presence, and rigorous financial acumen. You have a proven ability to lift your head up from the data, identify the business "so what," and construct clear pricing and yield optimization plans for the C-suite. You excel in complex, cross-functional environments and know how to synthesize competitor actions into immediate commercial counter-offensives.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Five or more years of progressive experience in business intelligence, commercial strategy, financial modeling, yield management, or pricing strategy.
- Five or more years of experience directly managing and scaling diverse analytical and strategic teams.
- Exceptional financial acumen with a deep understanding of fixed broadband, telecom, or subscription-based business models, specifically focusing on yield optimization, ARPU, LTV, and CAC.
- Proven track record of translating complex external competitive data into high-visibility executive narratives and GTM action plans.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Master's degree or MBA in Business Administration, Finance, Quantitative Economics, or an adjacent field.
- Extensive experience leveraging enterprise data environments (like Google Cloud Platform) for large-scale commercial analytics.
- Experience with geospatial or business intelligence platforms such as Alteryx, ArcGIS, or Tableau to map competitive density.
- Background in management consulting (analytics/strategy practices), investment banking, or corporate strategy within the Technology, Media, or Telecom (TMT) sectors.
