About the role
We are seeking an AI / Machine Learning Engineer to support AI and emerging technology initiatives across business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic AI, along with strong software development skills in Python, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
This role will focus on developing and prototyping AI solutions, experimenting with modern AI frameworks, and helping move AI use cases from proof-of-concept toward production.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and prototype AI/ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI solutions to address real business problems.
Work with foundation models, LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multimodal AI.
Design and implement RAG, vector database, memory, tool-use, and function-calling solutions.
Support multi-agent workflows and autonomous AI capabilities.
Develop applications and integrations using Python, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
Conduct AI experimentation, proof-of-concepts, testing, and model evaluation.
Partner with data, engineering, and business teams to move AI solutions toward production.
Support MLOps, AI Ops, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
Promote responsible AI practices, including governance, ethics, and bias mitigation.
Communicate technical AI concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, STEM, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, or advanced analytics.
Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI, prompt engineering, and Generative AI.
Experience with Python, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, Strands, or CrewAI.
Experience with RAG, vector databases, tool/function calling, and agentic workflows.
Understanding of MLOps, AI Ops, and CI/CD for AI solutions.
Experience with Jenkins and GitHub.
Experience working with tools/models such as Claude and Copilot.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS Bedrock.
Exposure to Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI services.
Experience with multimodal AI and fine-tuning techniques.
Experience taking AI solutions from experimentation or POC through production deployment.
