What you'll do

As a Monetization Strategy Specialist, you will play a key part in shaping the business model and monetization strategies that drive growth across our core and extended product offerings. As the Enterprise SaaS landscape shifts toward AI and agentic capabilities, you will help us evolve our pricing frameworks to ensure we are effectively capturing the value of these new technologies. We are seeking a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mentality and a deep understanding of SaaS business models to take ownership of the end-to-end execution of our monetization strategies. This position is ideal for a professional who balances critical thinking with business leadership, acting as a collaborative partner to navigate the complexities of a fast-paced, scaling environment. You will move with urgency to drive a measurable revenue impact, leveraging your track record of innovation to help shape one of the company's most strategically significant growth areas.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Monetization Strategy.

Responsibility
  • Blend data-driven insights with cross-functional collaboration to ensure our pricing models-particularly those evolving toward usage-based and AI / agentic frameworks-remain market-leading
  • Develop and implement pricing models and packaging for a growing product portfolio, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends
  • Conduct detailed market research and analysis of customer behavior to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities
  • Analyze customer usage data to develop actionable insights that inform pricing and packaging decisions, ensuring our value proposition aligns with actual product consumption
  • Support the implementation of next-generation pricing models-including usage-based and agentic-driven structures-while staying ahead of industry best practices and emerging monetization trends
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new features, bundled offerings, and existing products
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear strategies, communicating them effectively to cross-functional partners and executives to drive organizational alignment


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic
  • 5+ years in management consulting, finance, product management or product marketing roles
  • 2+ years monetization strategy or pricing experience for technology/SaaS products

Preferred
  • Ability to think creatively to solve complex business problems while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of collaborating across teams and leading successful monetization initiatives from concept to implementation
  • Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make meticulous, data-driven decisions


Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $105,800.00 - $163,450.00 base salary

Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $101,400.00 - $139,425.00 base salary

Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $101,400.00 - $145,475.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for the following:
  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
