Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React and TypeScript with a strong focus on component architecture, state management, hooks, context API, and reusable design patterns for complex financial data views

Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot (Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Cloud), building robust RESTful APIs and microservices that support financial operations including transaction processing, reporting, and data transformation

Design and implement API integration strategies for connecting with multiple external systems such as Sage Intacct, Box, Salesforce, and other third-party financial platforms, including API contracts, versioning, authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT), and resilience patterns

Build and maintain microservices architectures with well-defined service boundaries, inter-service communication patterns, fault tolerance, and comprehensive API documentation for internal and external consumers

Design and optimize SQL Server databases including complex queries, stored procedures, indexing strategies, and performance tuning to support financial data accuracy and reporting requirements

Leverage AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) as integral tools in day-to-day development workflows for code generation, refactoring, test writing, code reviews, and technical documentation

Evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated code for quality, security, and alignment with coding standards and business requirements, championing AI-augmented development practices within the team

Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance, implement containerization strategies using Docker, and work with cloud-based services and infrastructure for microservices deployment

Participate in code reviews for code developed by team members, consultants, external vendors, and AI-assisted tools, contributing to coding standards, architectural best practices, and technical documentation requirements

Strong proficiency in React with deep understanding of core concepts including component lifecycle, hooks, context API, state management, and modern frontend tooling
