  • Ensure data integrity across all corporate databases and compliance with confidentiality agreements.

Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Services and Roaming, the candidate is responsible for negotiating roaming services and tariffs, as well as drafting and executing agreements with wireless operators. The role also ensures the implementation of services, the planning of launches, and the prioritization of projects.

Negotiate and manage bilateral international roaming agreements with Canadian and international operators:
  • Coordinate internal Vidéotron and Freedom teams (Finance, IT, Engineering).
  • Manage the exchange of information between operators and internal teams.
  • Plan testing phases with internal groups.
  • Enter contractual information into corporate systems and databases.
  • Coordinate final launches following testing phases (CLL).

Negotiate and administer tariff clauses (IOT) to reduce costs and increase revenues:
  • Manage agreements based on actual volumes.
  • Analyze market trend.
  • Increase inbound revenue share in the Canadian market.
  • Define priorities and implement new roaming services based on business needs identified by marketing and opportunities to optimize costs and revenues.
  • Define traffic steering rules based on committed volumes and tariffs to optimize expenses and revenues.
  • Produce quarterly expense and revenue reports.
  • Support teams responsible for managing technical issues and fraud.
  • Roaming operations and service profitability.
  • Support financial teams (TADIG) in dispute management and financial claims.
  • Manage and ensure the integrity of contractual data in Data Clearinghouse (DCH), Financial Clearinghouse (FCH), and corporate databases.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality agreements signed with operators.
  • Participate in the adjustment of internal processes, as required.
  • Perform any other related duties.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in telecommunications.
  • Ability to produce clear, impactful, and effective deliverables (analyses, reports, recommendations, business cases, etc).
  • Strong experience in process analysis and implementation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and AI tools.
