About the role

As a Lead Quality Engineer, you will make an impact by ensuring the highest standards of data quality, security, and compliance across our data engineering initiatives. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with managers, primary teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Develop and document test plans and test cases based on software requirements and technical specifications.

US Remote; Hybrid for NY/NJ candidates highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills for providing regular updates on testing status, issues, risks, deployments, and release activities.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $71,000p.a. - $110,000p.a. depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:
