GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Deerfield, IL location within the USA to be $110K to $120K. This reflects base salary only and does not include additional performance-linked variable compensation, benefits etc that may apply to the role. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

Requirements
  • Possessing 7-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Engineering, with a strong focus on test automation and leading quality assurance initiatives within enterprise-level software development environments.
  • This role requires a full-time commitment to working on-site, fostering direct collaboration with team members and active participation in the dynamic office environment to achieve project objectives.

Required Skills:
  • Demonstrated advanced expertise in designing, executing, and analyzing comprehensive functional test cases for complex enterprise applications, ensuring thorough validation of system behavior.
  • Proven intermediate proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust QA automation frameworks and scripts using industry-standard tools and programming languages.
  • Solid intermediate working knowledge of SQL for database querying, data validation, and test data management, essential for backend testing and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:
  • Basic familiarity with API testing methodologies and tools, including the ability to create and execute basic API test cases for service-oriented architectures.
