What the role offers: As Lead Product Manager, you will:
- Own product strategy and Go To Market execution for one or more product lines, from ideation to delivery.
- Analyze market dynamics, client feedback, and usage data to inform decisions.
- Drive roadmap development in quarterly agile cadence with product charters, requirements and epics which align with client needs, market trends, and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional development, UX, product marketing, and field teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Evangelize your products internally and externally, articulating value and vision to stakeholders and clients.
What you need to Succeed: - Possess 8-12 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or B2B ecosystems.
- Strong skills in market analysis, competitive research, and client discovery.
- Proven ability to prioritize and make trade-offs across competing demands.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development tools.
- Experience owning a product roadmap and owning product outcomes.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Private/Public Clouds, AWS, Azure, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, Claude) and experience vibe coding/wireframing product demos.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.
Salary Range: $118,000.00 - $168,000.00; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
