  • You bring 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong HR generalist foundation, along with hands-on experience in areas such as employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, organizational change, and talent development.
  • You also know how to turn development needs into action - whether that means facilitating a leadership program, creating a development plan, supporting succession planning, recruiting great talent, or helping a manager navigate a challenging employee situation.
  • Most importantly, you9re collaborative, thoughtful, solutions-oriented, comfortable taking ownership, and energized by making things better.
