We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable applications in our Global Wealth Management Technology (GWMT) organization. You will work across the entire technology stack -front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and data, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. GWMT consists of many departments with high-performing agile teams working closely to deliver, support, and maintain the many applications and ecosystems within Global Wealth.

  • Lead the design and architecture of complex, distributed full stack systems, utilizing modern technologies and practices to improve production support efforts, reduce operational costs, and improve security, availability, and reliability of overall business systems.
  • Set technical standards and best practices across teams
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to senior and junior engineers
  • Help drive strategy to transform current platforms using new technologies and tools available that best support the business needs.
  • Champions a customer-focused and high-performing culture and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
  • The role requires interaction with business and technology leadership, consequently effective communications commensurate with the audience and the ability to promote an idea and gain consensus is critical.


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience and 3+ years leading high performance teams.
  • Proven experience delivering and operating large-scale production systems
  • You have experience building scalable, enterprise-level technology stacks with Java, SOAP, and JSON but ideally with a broad set of tools
  • You have experience in application architecture and API design
  • You are proficient in building Microservices and Spring boot
  • You have experience with Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes
  • Experience working with all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Proficient with Unix Tools, shell scripting (Bash, Perl, Python, etc.), SQL queries, PL/SQL, and SQL Loader - or equivalent
  • You have experience in version control and build tools, like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkin, Maven


Nice to Have - AI & Machine Learning Experience:

  • Experience implementing AI/ML capabilities into production applications
  • Hands-on experience with AI APIS and platforms (e.g OpenAI, Anthropic)
  • Working knowledge of building or consuming LLM-powered features (chat, search, summarization, recommandations).
  • Experience designing, building, and operationalizing data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as DataProc, DBT, PubSub, Kafka, DataFlow, BigQuery, and Cloud Spanner.
