Eaton's AER Aerospace Group division is currently seeking a Lead Financial Analyst - FP&A. This position will be based at our North American HQ Beachwood, OH location with hybrid work available. If candidates are not located within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH relocation will be considered.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year.

We are seeking an energized, detail-oriented candidate to join our team. As the Group Lead Financial Analyst - FP&A, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes, with a key focus on Sales and Margin, orders, past due and backlog review.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to enhance FP&A skills, develop strong business partnership and leadership communication skills while supporting a growing Aerospace organization.
You will play a critical role in consolidating Aerospace financial results and delivering financial insights to support decision-making. The role also supports strategic initiatives across the group and key ad-hoc analyses/variance explanations aligned with corporate goals.
The individual will be a key interface with the Aerospace lead leadership team, with comprehensive exposure to finance operations, commercial and data analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the FP&A Group with critical tasks such as month-end close activities, forecasts, and financial reporting;
• Support Aerospace consolidated financial statements, review, manage and analyze financial data and performance variance, working with Division's to ensure accuracy, timely reporting of variances and projection;
• Complete monthly Bookings report , consolidate commentary, analyze system's financial data and provide understanding to leadership team;
• Prepare and deliver executive presentations to stakeholders as needed
• Support Profit Plan and Operating Reviews focused on Top line and Margin by Segmentation/Product/Country, Backlog coverage, Bookings and Past Dues
• Drive standardization and process improvements to streamline efforts and improve accuracy of financial reporting
• Develop financial models and ad-hoc reports
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Finance, FP&A or related analytical roles
• This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
Preferred qualifications:
• Oracle Planning Experience
• Familiarity with financial planning and reporting tools
