The Senior Associate acts as the connective tissue between engineering, operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, support organizations, vendors, architecture teams, facilities, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of workplace technologies and services.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex Digital Workplace Services initiatives from intake through deployment and operational transition.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, budgets, status reporting, and executive communications.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects spanning multiple business units, vendors, and technical teams.
  • Hold teams accountable for commitments, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Ensure projects are transitioned into sustainable operational support models.
  • Establish governance frameworks, reporting standards, metrics, and executive dashboards.
  • Facilitate leadership reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder forums.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise change management, cybersecurity, architecture, compliance, and risk management requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technology teams, business partners, and senior leadership.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, business cases, status reports, and portfolio updates.
  • Present project risks, strategic decisions, recommendations, and implementation plans to senior management.
  • Build strong relationships across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Facilities, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies before delivery impacts occur.
  • Drive resolution of complex cross-functional issues.
  • Escalate concerns appropriately while providing solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Maintain accountability for program health, schedule adherence, and delivery outcomes.
  • Develop implementation strategies that maximize end-user adoption and business value.
  • Partner with communications, training, and support teams to drive organizational readiness.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, satisfaction scores, and business outcomes following deployment.
  • Ensure employees are prepared, trained, and supported throughout technology transitions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure delivery commitments are achieved.
  • Track project budgets, purchase requests, hardware deliveries, and implementation timelines.
  • Support contract reviews, statements of work, and funding requests.
  • Manage vendor performance and hold providers accountable to agreed deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, reduce support volume, streamline operations, and increase automation.
  • Recommend new technologies and service enhancements.
  • Drive process standardization and operational efficiency initiatives across DWS.
