Ericsson is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to support the successful execution of large-scale supply chain and hardware delivery projects across hyperscale customer environments throughout the Americas. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of third-party hardware deliveries and associated services through Ericsson's supply chain to customer locations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Ericsson's high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate will work closely with Service Delivery Managers, Logistics Managers, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project execution, monitor performance, manage costs, and ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Working in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment, the Project Manager will leverage data, reporting, and strong organizational skills to drive efficient delivery while supporting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
What you will doAs a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of hardware logistics and supply chain projects. You will provide project coordination, financial oversight, reporting, and customer support while ensuring adherence to established processes and delivery commitments.
Key responsibilities include:• Manage the day-to-day execution of hardware and logistics projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with Logistics Managers and operational teams to track hardware movement, delivery status, and project progress.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, risks, actions, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and customer updates.
• Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, cost management, and variance reporting.
• Support customer meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications by providing accurate project data and reporting.
• Track project deliverables and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and issue resolution.
• Manage project escalations and support risk mitigation activities to minimize delivery impacts.
• Ensure timely processing and reconciliation of goods receipts and other project-related financial transactions.
• Prepare project close-out documentation, customer acceptance records, lessons learned, and final close-out packages.
• Support process improvement initiatives, reporting enhancements, and automation opportunities to improve project execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements and delivery commitments are met.

Qualifications and experience include:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, supply chain operations, logistics, service delivery, or related operational functions.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, status reporting, and customer deliverables.
• Knowledge of hardware logistics, transportation operations, customer delivery processes, and supply chain operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience tracking budgets, forecasts, costs, purchase orders, invoicing, and goods receipt processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer relationship, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, escalations, and project close-out activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while consistently meeting project commitments.
