Large Enterprise Accounts Manager - Networking

This role has been designated as 'Remote/Teleworker', which means you will primarily work from home.

Job Description:

This position is for an existing vacancy. All interested candidates are encouraged to apply.

How you'll make your mark:
• You can develop account plans and long-term sales pipeline to increase-based on the customer requests-our continued market share and revenue growth. You can manage your accounts in person and/ or remotely
• You'll focus on larger deals/opportunities and value and/or volume portfolio management, selling a range of company products and solutions-supported by presales and inside sales resources.
• By working with leadership to develop future business plans; determining methods for achieving these plans.
• You can build strong professional relationships with key IT and business executives, including C level Executives and diverse set of external partners-using solution based consulting, becoming a trusted advisor and troubleshooting any issues.
• You will focus on generating new business and builds, monitoring and managing sales pipeline activity and analyzing client industry and competitive research and information to facilitate growth.
• You will actively manage your accounts-directing and coordinating all activity; coordinating all account forecasts, planning and reporting and implementing margin recovery activities/strategies if required. You will also be responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly, annual quota and/or margin and maintaining the sales pipeline tool.

About you:
• You have a University or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• You have extensive selling and enterprise account management experience in a related industry which includes being an expert in given field; being a mentor of selling strategies and designing sales strategy.
• You are a highly knowledgeable in a product area (for example: networking, security, SaaS, etc) and can manage and prioritize end- to-end sales activity in complex, large deals.
• You have strong high-level relationship building and negotiation skills, especially working with executives in lines of business - sometimes at board level, and can work with our partners to sell our solutions - presenting proactive value solutions
• You want to build your knowledge of your client's industry; keeping abreast of trends and driving discussions on strategic direction whilst building your understanding of our solutions, engaging specialist resources as needed.
• You have the ability to appreciate the customer's business issues and translate to solutions.

"The expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level.
- Canada: Annual Salary CAD 227,500 - 455,500 in Ontario
This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan. Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 50%/50%.
