Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Lead to drive strategic transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a project management professional who thrives in complex organizations and has a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow, process improvement, and organizational change.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders while identifying opportunities to optimize processes, strengthen governance, and improve service delivery. They will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing project and PMO leadership across key transformation initiatives and helping the organization achieve its digital workplace objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Support Digital Workplace leadership in planning and executing strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Review existing business and IT processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improved ways of working.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery performance.
  • Strengthen ITSM governance, processes, controls, and overall service management maturity.
  • Support inventory management and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects and workstreams within a large enterprise environment.
  • Provide project management and PMO leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status updates, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across departments, business functions, and locations to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing recommendations, insights, and strategic guidance.
  • Support organizational change management activities to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Foster collaboration and accountability across cross-functional teams to achieve transformation goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a large enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes is required.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM governance, service delivery, and operational best practices.
  • Experience supporting inventory management and CMDB-related initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within PMO frameworks and project governance structures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across complex organizational environments.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting Digital Workplace initiatives is considered an asset.
