Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS) solution and related reporting and analytics initiatives. The role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of supply chain planning, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder MPS solutions.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and success metrics.
- Coordinate business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and system integrators.
- Manage reporting and analytics deliverables utilizing Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Oversee data integration between Blue Yonder, ERP systems, and enterprise applications.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Facilitate project governance, status meetings, and executive communications.
- Coordinate testing, deployment, hypercare, and project closure activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and data management standards.
- Maintain project documentation including plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing enterprise IT implementation projects.
- Experience leading Blue Yonder (JDA) implementation projects, preferably MPS or Supply Planning solutions.
- Experience managing reporting and analytics projects using Snowflake, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, production scheduling, supply chain processes, and ERP integrations.
- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder MPS, Supply Planning, or related modules.
- Experience integrating Blue Yonder with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or other ERP platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of MRP, finite capacity scheduling, and manufacturing operations.
- Experience in supply chain transformation, enterprise software implementation, or data warehousing projects.
