THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • 5+ years of IT project or program management experience, ideally supporting data, analytics, automation, AI, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Strong functional Project Manager background with the ability to translate business needs into project plans, delivery roadmaps, and execution milestones.
  • Experience working across business, IT, data, engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, and vendor teams.
  • Comfortable managing scope, timelines, budgets, vendor spend, resource plans, dependencies, risks, and executive-level communication.
  • Experience with agile or hybrid delivery environments, including Jira or similar tools for backlog management, sprint reporting, dependencies, and project visibility.
  • Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, automation, analytics, or data-driven initiatives is highly valuable.
  • Prior exposure to AI tools or LLMs such as Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms would be a strong plus.
