UniTek Global Services, Inc. was a provider of engineering, construction management and installation fulfillment services to companies specializing in telecommunications, broadband cable, wireless broadband, and satellite industries. The company was founded in 2004 and was headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. UniTek provided services to companies such as AT&T, Comcast, and Verizon. In 2014, UniTek filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and was subsequently acquired by an affiliate of New Mountain Capital.
