The Impact you will have in this role:

The Associate Director, IT Business Management will lead the development and execution of strategic messaging that supports the CIO and broader IT leadership. This role is pivotal in shaping internal narratives, aligning communications with IT strategic pillars, and ensuring consistent, impactful messaging across multiple channels and audiences. This role will also be responsible for driving operational excellence through leadership forums, cross-functional alignment, and IT Town Hall initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, ensuring communications and business operations are seamlessly integrated to advance IT's strategic objectives..

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and refine IT Executive-level communications, including board updates, strategic updates and talking points.
  • Translate complex IT initiatives into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with IT strategic pillars and corporate objectives.
  • Manage and facilitate recurring IT Town Halls.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating with IT BMO, Business Managers, Corporate Communications, and other business units.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure effective collaboration and information flow across IT and business functions.
  • Facilitate feedback loops to enhance communication effectiveness and operational processes.
  • Support change management efforts with proactive, transparent messaging and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support unITed and IT Talent Program initiatives by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, tracking follow-ups, and helping execute engagement, upskilling, networking, and recognition activities as needed.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.

About the Team

Serves as a dedicated technology resource for advancing DTCC's business opportunities and providing industry thought leadership for leveraging new technology. The goal of this new department is to partner internally with IT, our business and regulatory divisions and externally with clients, regulators, and fintech vendors, to help build new platforms and business models to advance DTCC's mission to support the financial markets.
